1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ScoreMyResume ("Service") at www.scoremyresume.co, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ScoreMyResume is an AI-powered resume scoring and optimization tool. The Service allows you to:

• Upload your resume and paste a job description to receive an ATS compatibility score
• View a keyword gap analysis comparing your resume to the job description
• Purchase AI-generated rewrites of your resume sections (paid feature)

3. Free Tier and Paid Features

Free tier: You may use the basic scoring feature up to 3 times without payment. Your email address is required to view the full keyword report.

Paid features: AI-powered section rewrites require payment. Current pricing: ₹149 for 1 resume rewrite or ₹299 for 3 rewrite credits. International pricing may vary. Prices are subject to change with notice.

4. Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay (India) and Stripe (Global). All transactions are final. We do not offer refunds for completed AI rewrite deliveries, as the service is rendered immediately upon payment.

If you experience a technical issue that prevented delivery of your rewrite, contact us at support@scoremyresume.co within 7 days and we will investigate and rectify.

5. User Content and License

You retain ownership of your resume content and any job descriptions you submit. By submitting content to the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You represent that you have the right to submit the content you upload and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to submit resumes on behalf of others without their consent
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service in bulk
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload content that contains malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Share your account credentials with others

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The resume rewrites and scoring analysis provided by ScoreMyResume are generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content:

• May contain errors or inaccuracies
• Should be reviewed and edited by you before use
• Does not guarantee interview callbacks or employment outcomes

Your ATS score is an estimate based on our scoring model and may differ from scores assigned by specific employers' ATS systems.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ScoreMyResume shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost employment opportunities. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 90 days.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision.
